If you are unable to locate your driver for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher sheet for assistance. Upon pickup, please present your confirmation/voucher in exchange for your product.

Drop-off point

Private airport transfer approximately 30 minutes from your hotel in Jimbaran area and 60 minutes from your hotel in Uluwatu area to Bali International/Domestic airport.

What to expect

24-hour private departure transfer from your hotels in Jimbaran and Uluwatu area to Bali International/Domestic Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS). You'll be informed 1 day in advance regarding pick-up time and you arrange the pick-up time or you may fill form "special requirements" when you make a booking. The driver will meet you at the lobby hotel and help you to put luggage in. If your flight is changed, please call the number shown on your voucher sheet to change the pick-up time accordingly (no extra charge). 

This private departure transfer includes a private Car up to 4 Travelers with Luggage, a Friendly Driver, Airport Parking Fees, and a Private Departure Transfer from Jimbaran (approx. 30-minute) and Uluwatu (approx. 60-minute) to Bali International/Domestic Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS).

Note: The destination area must be selected correctly when you make a booking (Jimbaran or Uluwatu).
