Meeting point

Please meet your instructor at the main entrance of the Kikai Shinko Kaikan building on the 1st floor. (The building is right opposite side of Tokyo Tower.) In case you cannot find the instructor, please visit True Japan Tour (Room# B208) on the B2 floor of the building.

What to expect

Our sake tasting session is an introductory program on the culture, history, and cultivation of Japanese sake. During the session, our expert sake sommelier will explain a little about the history of sake, how sake is made, and the different sake varieties available. Through the course of the session, you will also taste 7 different types of sake from our specially chosen collection, trying many of the different varieties of sake available from sparkling sake to sweet sake and sakes for dessert pairings. These are served together with a multi-course meal of complementary Japanese and Western dishes.
