Premium sake made from at least 50% milled rice.
Honjozo Sake
Special type of sake with added alcohol for enhanced flavor.
Junmai Sake
Pure sake brewed using only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold.
Nigori Sake
Unfiltered sake with a creamy texture and cloudy consistency.
Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake
Premium sake with added alcohol and a milled ratio of at least 60%.
