In this paradise there are nearly 350 bird species in their varied ecosystems and habitats.
Considered one of the 100 most attractive sites in Mexico for bird watching: Golden-cheeked Woodpecker, cinnamon hummingbird, Green jay, black-throated magpie jay are all common sightings in the area.
We head toward the tropical semi-deciduous forest. Along the way, we explore preserved habitats that remain on the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta. We then drive up to enjoy a breathtaking view of Banderas Bay. Finally, we finish at the shoreline, immersing ourselves in the mangrove forest while searching for shorebirds.
