== FAQ ==
- What happens if parasailing is cancelled due to weather?
You won't be left with a half-day gap. Your tour automatically upgrades to a Premium full-day city tour, covering extended stops and additional experiences not included in the standard itinerary — at no extra cost to you.
- How will I know if parasailing is available on my day?
The local operator assesses conditions on the morning of your tour and will notify you of the program — either the standard combo or the full-day city tour — before or at pickup.
- Do I get a refund if parasailing doesn't happen?
No refund is issued for weather-related parasailing cancellations, because the full value of your booking is replaced by the Premium full-day city tour — an upgraded experience of equal or greater duration.
- Can I cancel if I'd prefer not to do the full-day tour instead?
Weather conditions are confirmed on the day of the tour, typically within the 24-hour cancellation window. We recommend booking only if you're comfortable with both scenarios.
- What does the Premium full-day city tour include?
The full-day version extends the standard city tour itinerary with additional stops, food and experiences specific to Puerto Plata like the Rum Factory, confirmed by your guide on the day. Details will be shared at pickup.
