It would be a miss if visiting Mekong Delta without a stop at Cai Rang Floating Market in Can Tho City, an originally spontaneous market, which is one of the most famous and biggest floating markets in the Mekong Delta and absolutely different from other floating markets in Thailand. From the early morning, a countless number of boats and sampans will gather here, making the whole area more lively and stunning than ever.The very first impression the tour makes on everyone is the extremely lively and crowded trading atmosphere of Cai Rang Floating Market.
After that, we’ll head to Cai Be for joining a local cooking class, biking around peaceful village paths, enjoying the melody of South Vietnam folk music, and then relaxing on a rowing sampan through a mangrove palm canals to feel the real Mekong atmosphere.

1Ho Chi Minh City
• 05:00 am Depart Ho Chi Minh City for the 3 - hour drive to Mekong Delta. Leaving the city behind, the scenery changes to views of rice paddies, beautiful orchards by the side of the road and other scenes typical to southern Vietnam.

2Cai Rang
• 8:00 am, Arrive at Can Tho city - the capital of the Southwest, start the day with a visit to Cai Rang Floating Market. While crossing the Mekong River, observe the daily activities of local people on the banks, see traditional -style houses in which the local people live as well as beautiful orchards, busy ships - building yards and bustling markets where they make their livelihood. • Having breakfast on the floating market. It is a wonderful experience when you can enjoy a delicious countrified breakfast, along with an unsteady feeling whenever the waves hit the side of the boat that will make you feel excited. Meanwhile, you have the opportunity to dive into the vibrant atmosphere of the morning fair, with welcoming laughter and the sound of floods. In particular, two famous "specialties" at Cai Rang floating market that you should not miss are "shaken noodles" and "braised coffee".

Cai Rang (Pass by)
• After that, our tour guide takes you to some traditional workshops. You have a great time learning how locals make “Hu Tieu” (rice vermicelli). They are soft, flat, slippery and slightly chewy. Then, the boat carries you to another place to enjoy pineapple (known as the queen of fruits) that is fresh and delicious. The seller will peel the pineapple on the spot for you to enjoy right on the boat.

3Con Son
• 10:00 am, after paying a visit to the colorful floating market check-out and disembark before exploring Son islet - an islet in the middle of Hau River which is separated not far away from the mainland with alluvial consolidating green orchids all year round and the honest, lovely and enthusiastic people. The first experience in Son islet where you will visit a floating fish farm on the Hau River. The fisherman has a collection of fish. Especially, do not forget to check-in “Foot massage with Koi fish”. • Walking around Son islet among 80 households, you experience picking the fruit and enjoy it from the tree when you visit the garden with local people. Do not miss the monkey bridge! • You have the opportunity to make traditional cakes and pop rice by yourself or watch unique snakehead fish performances.

4Con Son
• It’s a good idea and very meaningful with the flying menu. Flying menu” is a unique style of Son islet, each family will prepare one dish and serve it all to you, the benefits from community-based tourism will be shared and filled with inhabitants. • 12:00 pm, have lunch with many specialties on this islet. After this insightful visit, return to the hotel.
