What to expect

Prearrange your private car transfer from Marrakech Menara Airport to Riads in the Medina, and hotels/accommodation located in Marrakech city Center. Upon your arrival, after you have collected your luggage and passed the sliding door exit our service Representative and  chauffeur will be waiting for you, holding a signboard with the lead traveler's name on it, and will assist you with your luggage :
• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
• Free Infant seats are available on request if advised at the time of booking.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Over-sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• If you have booked a Riad in Old Medina, please expect a short walk because some of the streets are inaccessible by car.
