Proceed to Shangri‑La Mactan Resort Lobby. At security, state you are going to Scotty’s Dive Center (not Day Use/Day Pass). Scotty’s Action Sports Network, known as Scotty’s Dive Center, is located near Cowie Cove Restaurant inside the resort.
