A special ONE day a year tour in which we go deep into San Miguel's Day of the Dead traditions and culture. We'll meet at the main square in downtown San Miguel and go from there to visit the different altars, decorated streets and cemeteries, all while learning about the significance and importance of Day of the Dead in Mexican culture and how it is expressed specifically in San Miguel de Allende.

Departure Point: We will meet you in front of the statue (Fray Juan de San Miguel) that is on the corner on the right hand side of the main church in downtown San Miguel. We will send you a photo of it after confirmation.

We'll meet at the main square in downtown San Miguel and go from there to visit: • The different altars erected around town. • Decorated streets • Local Cemeteries which are dressed in colorful flowers (two of them) During our walk we will learn about the significance and importance of Day of the Dead in Mexican culture and how it is expressed specifically in San Miguel de Allende. The tour will last about 2 hours and will give you a local insight into this beautiful and colorful Mexican tradition.
