Please note that when in Civitavecchia, we can "pick you up/drop you off" right under the ship, since we have the official pass to access to the port, some other companies can't!
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
If you dock at the port of Civitavecchia, please let us know the ship if you haven't. The driver will meet right outside arrivals with a sign with your name on it. If the pick up happens at your place (hotel, b&b, home) simply show up at pick up time and the driver will be there for you.
What to expect
Relax on-board of the vehicle and ask all the information you need to your driver!
If you will be at the port, your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it, right under the ship! Look out for your name!
If you are at one of the many hotels, he will be in the lobby, if it is a bnb or a regular flat, please be on time right at the address you send us as a pick-up point.
If you need to be picked up at Fiumicino airport, our driver will meet you right after baggage claim at NCC Limo Driver meeting point.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
