    Along the way, your guide will share fascinating tales about the canyon’s ancient geology, unique plants and animals, and all the hidden gems that make this place so incredible. We return to camp around lunchtime to refuel before heading off on the last part of our journey.

    On the way back to Alice Springs, buckle up for a scenic drive through the rugged Australian outback. Depending on the conditions, we’ll either cruise along the main highway or take the adventurous Mereenie Loop or Ernest Giles Road—each route packed with wild beauty and unforgettable sights. Expect to arrive in Alice Springs between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, ready to share your epic outback stories and cherish the memories from this incredible journey. *Alternatively, those wishing to return to Yulara or Ayers Rock will need to advise us at the time of booking so we can arrange you a transfer shuttle which gets back to Yulara around 4:30pm.
