    Breakfast. Meet your guide at the hotel and start your journey to Ribeira Sacra. Right on arrival, we will visit the ancient Monastery, guided by a local expert. Once we have fed our minds, we will start feeding our bodies, as we will move to the most famous local winery, where we will learn about the local wine growing process and, of course, taste some good “caldos”. Right after the wine pairing we will enjoy a typical Ribeira Sacra lunch. Once we finish our lunch, we will jump on a catamaran to sail through the canyons of the Sil River. Throughout the route, we will stop at the most important viewpoints of the Ribeira Sacra, to indulge ourselves with the impressive views. Return to Santiago. Arrival and accommodations.
