Yerevan City Tour Discover the highlights of Yerevan, the “Pink City,” known for its unique architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Visit iconic landmarks including Republic Square, Cascade Complex, and the Armenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. Continue to the Matenadaran, home to ancient manuscripts, followed by a visit to the Lusik Aguletsi House-Museum. Explore the lively GUM Market, then enjoy a guided visit and tasting at the Yerevan Brandy Company. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Yerevan.
Yerevan– Sevan – Dilijan – Parz Lake – Goshavank(Trekking) Breakfast Departure to Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in the world, often called the “blue pearl of Armenia.” Enjoy views of its crystal-clear waters and surrounding mountains. Visit Sevanavank Monastery, a historic 9th-century monastic complex beautifully located on the peninsula. Continue to Dilijan, often referred to as the “Armenian Switzerland.” Arrival at Lake Parz, a peaceful lake surrounded by lush greenery. From here, begin a scenic trekking route (approx. 4 hours) through Dilijan National Park, rich in flora and fauna, leading to Goshavank Monastery, a remarkable 12th-century monastery known for its unique architecture and historical importance. Lunch at a local house in Dilijan, where you will taste traditional Armenian cuisine and experience authentic hospitality. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.
Yerevan – Garni – Geghaed – Yerevan Breakfast. Breakfast. Departure to Garni (30 km from Yerevan). Visit the Garni Temple, a 1st-century pagan temple dedicated to the Sun God, along with ancient fortifications and Roman baths. Continue to Garni Gorge to see the “Symphony of Stones”, unique basalt columns formed by volcanic activity. Visit a local house and participate in a lavash baking master class, discovering traditional preparation in a tonir. Proceed to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO-listed complex partly carved into the rock, dating back to the 4th century. (Optional, summer) Visit the Nairian Cosmetics Laboratory, where natural cosmetics are produced from local herbs. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to the airport.
