  Masazirgol

  Pink Lake (Masazir) — the most unique lake in Azerbaijan, renowned for its unusual hue. There are only eight pink lakes in the world, and one of them is right here in Azerbaijan. Note: During the winter period (from December 1 to March 31), visits to the Pink Lake Masazyr are temporarily suspended, as due to natural conditions the lake loses its characteristic pink shade. This allows more time to be spent at other key locations of the itinerary, including the Shahdag Mountain Resort, which makes the tour even more rich and comfortable.

  Multi-Colored Mountains of Khyzy

  Our next stopping point is truly unique and special. One of the true domains of Azerbaijan’s nature called Candy Cane Mountains or Colored Mountains will be on display for you to observe and enjoy. Its appearance that actually looks just like the candies or sweets make the very interesting combination, the bright reds turning into whites and pinks, creating a breathtaking view.

  Besh Barmag Mountain

  The capital of Azerbaijan is connected to the largest cities of Russia by the M1 motorway. This motorway is followed by the beautiful landscapes, one of which is the peaks of Beshbarmaq Mountain. There are plenty of different legends involving this mountain, but the truth about it includes stories about its peak being a guiding point to sailors back in the days. There’s also a holy place called “Pir Hydyr Zundzha” located here, that many respect immensely stopping at the foot of the mountain to pray and worship.   Laza Waterfalls

  Before reaching Shahdag, the journey takes guests to the breathtaking Laza Waterfall, one of the most picturesque natural wonders of the region.   Shahdag Mountain Resort

  Shahdag Mountain Resort, situated in the Qusar City, is famous for its magnificent views and a various range of activities that you can try out there, from cable cars to snowboarding. You’ll have plenty of free time (around two hours) to try out everything you want there, to experience all the winter attractions yourself, and enjoy your time out in the snowy weather.
