Wind and rain then sculpted this ancient stone into today's waterfalls, streams, and rivers — including one of the region's tallest waterfalls, cascading over 1,000 feet. Rock formations here date back 340 million years, among the oldest exposed rock in Central America.

Big Rock falls is a 100ft water fall having two big pools for swimming or jumping from rocks into the water

Huge Cave entrance and learn about the geology of the cave also you can walk the nature trial around Rio Frio Cave which will be from 45 minutes to an hour learning about plants and having a feeling in being in the jungle
