Meeting and pickup
ROADWORKS ALERT: Expect delays of up to 40min due to roadworks. Set your Google Maps arrival 40min earlier than your booking time. Guests must arrive 30min early for a safety briefing. Late arrivals will lose time from their booking. Plan ahead to avoid delays!
What to expect
Any riders arriving late will forfeit time out of their booking. A minimum of 2 riders is required for a ride to go out. Group size limited to 15 riders. For larger parties, please contact us so we can accommodate your needs. No under 8’s on horses. This service is weather dependent. All of our trails are led by experienced guides, ensuring a safe and memorable experience. We are conscious about the environment, we respect nature and adhere to strict operating guidelines to protect the amazing space we operate in.
We do not allow any rider over 95kg on a horse and reserve the right to put a rider on a scale should we feel that they are over the weight limit. If you are over the weight limit when making the booking you will not be liable for a refund.
