The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. If your location is in a remote or hard-to-reach area, we will confirm the nearest convenient meeting point in advance.
What to expect
Pick-up coordination – You provide your exact address, accommodation name, and a valid mobile number. For airport transfers, please share your flight number so we can track your arrival in real time.
Chauffeur assignment – A professional driver is designated to your service. You will receive meeting point details and, if applicable, your driver’s contact in advance.
Airport arrival – Upon landing in Faro, your chauffeur monitors your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. The service includes up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Hotel or villa pick-up – If starting from Lagos or Portimão, your chauffeur will arrive at the provided address at the scheduled time and assist you with your luggage.
