If your pick-up is at Faro Airport (FAO), your chauffeur will greet you in the Arrival Hall with a personalized nameplate and assist with your luggage. For smooth coordination, please provide the exact address and a valid mobile contact when booking.

Before Your Journey
Our operations team reviews all details and assigns a professional, English-speaking chauffeur. If you’re arriving at Faro Airport, your driver will monitor your flight in real time to ensure on-time pick-up, even if your flight is delayed.
Pick-Up
• At Faro Airport (FAO): Your driver will greet you in the Arrival Hall with a personalized nameplate and assist with your luggage.
• From Vilamoura or Albufeira: Your chauffeur will arrive early at your hotel, resort, villa, or apartment to ensure a punctual departure and help with your bags.
During the Transfer
Travel in a premium Mercedes-Benz vehicle equipped with air conditioning, bottled water, and Wi-Fi upon request. Your chauffeur will select the best available route for a smooth and comfortable ride.
Drop-Off
• To Vilamoura or Albufeira: Drop-off is available at any hotel, resort, villa, apartment, or private address.
• To Faro Airport: Your chauffeur will drop you directly at the Departures Terminal for maximum convenience.
Additional Notes
• Includes 1 hour of free waiting time at Faro Airport and 15 minutes for non-airport pick-ups.
• Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one personal item; please inform us in advance if you have extra luggage.
• Infant seats are available on request (subject to availability and extra charges).
