Please provide your exact pick-up address, accommodation name (if applicable), and a valid mobile contact when booking. For remote or hard-to-reach locations, our team will confirm the nearest convenient meeting point in advance. The drop-off will be at any address in the Greater Lisbon area.

• Please provide your mobile number during booking to ensure smooth communication.
Pick-up process
• If your pick-up is at Faro Airport, your private chauffeur will greet you in the Arrival Hall with a personalized nameplate and assist you with your luggage.
• For hotel, resort, villa, or apartment pick-ups, your chauffeur arrives early to help with bags and ensure a timely departure.
During your transfer
• Travel in a premium Mercedes-Benz vehicle, enjoying full comfort, air-conditioning, bottled water, and a private, safe ride.
• Your driver will choose the best available route to Lisbon, considering live traffic conditions.
Drop-off
• Available at any address, hotel, or Lisbon Airport (LIS).
• For restricted-access areas, we’ll arrange the closest possible drop-off point.

• Includes 1 hour of free waiting time at Faro Airport and 15 minutes for non-airport pick-ups.
• Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one personal item; please inform us in advance if you have extra luggage.
