Before your travel date, your chauffeur will review the journey details and prepare for your scheduled pickup. For airport pickups, flight monitoring is included when flight information is provided.
4. Pickup in Brussels
Your chauffeur will meet you at the agreed pickup location, assist with luggage when needed, and escort you to your private vehicle. If your pickup is at Brussels Airport (BRU), your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the Lead Traveler's name provided in the booking.
