After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the official Meeting Point in the Arrivals Hall. A TOPTOUR hostess will be waiting holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. She will escort you directly to your chauffeur and vehicle.
Departure Transfer (Hotel/Address → Lisbon Airport)
Your chauffeur will meet you at the main entrance of your hotel or at the exact address provided during booking. Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time. If your location has restricted access, the driver will contact you to coordinate the nearest accessible pickup point.
Roundtrip Service
For arrival, please follow the airport meeting point instructions above.
For departure, your chauffeur will collect you at your hotel or specified address at the scheduled time.
