Airport Pick-Up (Lisbon Airport)
The designated meeting point is located in the Arrivals Hall. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, please follow the airport signs to the “Meeting Point” area.
A receptionist or your chauffeur will be waiting at the Meeting Point holding a sign with the passenger’s name and will escort you to your assigned vehicle.
Non-Airport Pick-Up (Hotel or Private Address)
For pick-ups at hotels or private addresses, your chauffeur will meet you directly at the main entrance or specified address at the scheduled time.
Communication & Connectivity
Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on, as your chauffeur may contact you if necessary. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at Lisbon Airport to help you stay connected upon arrival.

What to expect
