The designated meeting point at Lisbon Airport is in the Arrivals Hall. After passing through customs and baggage claim, follow the signs directing you to the “Meeting Point” area.
IDENTIFYING YOUR DRIVER
A receptionist or the driver will be stationed at the Meeting Point holding signs with passenger names. Please locate the sign with your name, and they will guide you to your assigned vehicle.
COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY
Ensure your phone is switched on to receive any messages or calls from your driver. Lisbon Airport offers complimentary WiFi, allowing you to stay connected if needed.
Pick-up is also available from any address in the Lisbon area, including hotel,accommodations ,private addresses.Please provide your exact pick-up address and a valid mobile contact number at the time of the booking

2. Pick-Up Process For airport pickups, the driver greets customers in the Arrivals Hall, holding a clearly visible nameboard at the designated Meeting Point. For non-airport locations, the driver arrives promptly at the specified address. Assistance is provided for loading luggage, and any customer preferences, such as music or air conditioning settings, are accommodated to ensure comfort.
3. The TransferPassengers enjoy a premium, air-conditioned ride in a premium vehicle. Equipped with GPS, the driver ensures the most efficient and smooth route to the destination. For added comfort, amenities such as bottled water and Wi-Fi (when included) are available, elevating the travel experience.
4. Arrival at the Destination.Upon reaching the destination, passengers are safely dropped off at the specified address. The driver unloads all luggage and ensures customer satisfaction by offering a friendly farewell, leaving passengers with a lasting positive impression of the service.This streamlined process guarantees a professional and stress-free journey from start to finish.
