Meeting and pickup
MEETING POINT LOCATION
The designated meeting point at Lisbon Airport is in the Arrivals Hall. After passing through customs and baggage claim, follow the signs directing you to the “Meeting Point” area.
IDENTIFYING YOUR DRIVER
A receptionist or the driver will be stationed at the Meeting Point holding signs with passenger names. Please locate the sign with your name, and they will guide you to your assigned vehicle.
COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY
Ensure your phone is switched on to receive any messages or calls from your driver. Lisbon Airport offers complimentary WiFi, allowing you to stay connected if needed.

Your driver will be waiting for you at the Arrival Hall, after Luggage Claim area, with your nameplate. If you can´t find your driver, please rest assured that he will try to contact you (by phonecall or other type of messenger-like app (ie. Whatsapp)), before the pickup is made.
What to expect
This private transfer service offers three booking options, allowing travelers to select the direction that best suits their itinerary:
Arrival Transfer: Lisbon → Porto
Departure Transfer: Porto → Lisbon
Roundtrip Transfer: Lisbon ↔ Porto
On the day of the service, your professional chauffeur will arrive at the scheduled pickup location a few minutes in advance. For Arrival transfers, pickup takes place in Lisbon, either at Lisbon Airport, a hotel, cruise terminal, or any private address within the Lisbon metropolitan area.
Your journey to Porto will take place in a premium private vehicle reserved exclusively for your group. All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and maintained to the highest standards to ensure comfort, safety, and reliability throughout the trip.
Your experienced, bilingual chauffeur will assist with luggage and provide a smooth, relaxed ride along the main highway connecting Lisbon and Porto. If needed, short comfort stops can be arranged during the journey.
This is a direct private transfer with fixed pricing per vehicle (not per person), making it a convenient and cost-effective option for families, business travelers, and small groups traveling between Portugal’s two main cities.
Upon arrival in Porto, your chauffeur will drop you off directly at your hotel, accommodation, airport, or any requested address within the city area, ensuring a seamless and stress-free end to your journey.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
