Step into Pompeii with a credentialed archaeologist who lived and trained in this region — not a generalist guide reading from a script. Meet directly at the site, skip the long ticket queue, and spend 2.5 hours uncovering the city frozen in time by Vesuvius in 79 AD.
You'll walk the original Roman streets, enter preserved homes with intact frescoes, see the Forum at the foot of the volcano, and visit the most iconic sites including the bakery, brothel, baths, and the plaster casts of victims. With a small group of 8 max, you'll actually hear your guide, ask questions, and move through the ruins comfortably.
