Our tour starts from the airport and then we will start through the main avenue of the city, knowing its history and its surroundings. We will go to see emblematic places of the city such as the Plaza de Armas, The Santiago Cathedral and the national congress. Also the imposing government house called “La Moneda” and next to it the “Plaza de la Constitución”. Then, head to Cerro Santa Lucia, learning from the history of the Mapuches and the confrontation with the Spanish. From its terraces we will have a panoramic view of Santiago, We will go down to the neighborhood of Lastarría, a characteristic sector for its green areas and beautiful houses of the XIX century, now restored and mostly used as cafes, restaurants, and museums. Return to Santiago airport.

Central Market (Mercado Central) (Pass by)
This fascinating tour begins with hotel pick-up, followed by a drive down the main avenue of the city as we explore its history and key landmarks. We will start with a panoramic visit to the Central Market, where you can admire the architecture of the place and learn a bit more about its history.

1Plaza de Armas
Next, we will head to Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city, where we can admire the impressive Santiago Cathedral with its colonial architecture. However, it is possible that the cathedral may be closed for a special event or activity.

2La Moneda
We will then continue with a walk to the Palacio de la Moneda, the seat of the Chilean government, and Plaza de la Constitución, where we will learn more about Chile's history and its institutions. Depending on the month and day, it is possible to witness the Changing of the Guard, a solemn event that regularly takes place, but this stop may be omitted due to internal activities at the Palacio de la Moneda.

3Cerro Santa Lucia
Here we will have time to walk and take pictures, while our guide tells us some of the most important episodes in the history of Santiago, such as the Mapuche / Spanish confrontation. From its terraces we will have a panoramic view of Santiago.
