It is also known as Talat Rom Hub, or the “umbrella market” (ตลาดร่มหุบ).As the name suggests, vendors along the tracks fold up their tents and umbrellas when trains pass by (eight times a day) between Mae Klong and Ban Laem, then reopen their stalls once the trains have passed.
