After putting on your apron and chef’s hat, you’ll prepare gluten-free pizza dough while learning the traditional techniques used by real pizzaioli.
While the dough rests, enjoy freshly made bruschetta and learn how to prepare a traditional Italian tomato pizza sauce.
Then top your pizza with tomato, mozzarella, and basil to create a classic Margherita before baking it in a hot oven. At the end, enjoy the pizza you prepared with a tasting of local wines. The pizzas will also be judged in a fun contest, and a winner will be announced.
