Meeting and pickup
We meet all passengers outside of the Cruise Terminal Zeebrugge. Please look for our hosts holding signs that read "VEXPERIO". Please keep in mind that the pickup time in your booking confirmation is only an estimate and may change depending on your ship’s arrival. You will receive the confirmed meeting time by email and message to your phone closer to the tour date. We advise checking your email about 12 hours before your activity for the final details, including where to meet and the exact time. If anything is unclear, you can always reach us by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
