Meeting and pickup
1. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO OPERATE IS 4, we can try to make groups from different hotels, so it is important to book on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. If we do not get the minimum, the tour must be canceled since it is not operational at a regular price.
2. WE PICK UP IN MANY OTHER HOTELS OF Guanacaste area, also AIRBNB or other private houses, just contact us to confirm if your hotel or resort is available to offers you the pick up! Once you make the reservation, we will let you know the pickup time and meeting point.
3. REMEMBER CONFIRM THE PICKUP TIME, IT IS DIFERENT IN EACH RESORT! Some hotels like W Conchal, JW Marriot, Westin Conchal, some in Tamarindo, Flamingo and Potrero has an extra cost for pick up there if we don´t have more people from that location, but feel free to ask about it because always we try to help you with the best option, for big groups we can do a deal ask about it!!
4. REMEMBER IF YOU ARE FROM RIU HOTELS DON´T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO IN YOUR PHONE!
5. WE HAVE MANY HOTELS THAT WE OFFER PICK UPS DO THE BOOKING AND ASK ABOUT IF WE CAN OFFER THE PICK UP THERE!
6. WE WORK WITH SMALL GROUPS AROUND 15 PEOPLE IN THE REGULAR ONE, BUT IF YOU HAVE A GROUP MORE THAN 20 PEOPLE WE CAN OPERATED THAT LIKE A PRIVATE TOUR.
