Meeting and pickup
Once you land, please proceed to the arrivals gate, where your driver will be waiting for you with our company name banner sign. We offer private transportation service exclusively for your family, covering the Liberia area, Papagayo Peninsula, Playas del Coco, Playa Hermosa, and the Riu Hotels. The quoted price includes round-trip transportation. Please note that once one of the services (arrival or departure) has been provided, cancellations or refunds cannot be made. To coordinate your service properly, we kindly request your arrival and departure flight information. For your departure transfer, pick-up is scheduled three hours prior to your flight departure time to ensure a smooth and timely transfer. Please inform us of the number of luggage pieces you will be carrying, as certain vehicle restrictions may apply. Kindly note that any delay or late departure from your hotel caused by the client will be the client’s full responsibility. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
