The point where the Sorrentine Peninsula merges into the Amalfi Coast. It is a nature reserve with breathtaking views and a 14th century tower which served as a lookout. The tower had a bell that was rung to warn of pirate invasions. This is probably how Punta Campanella (Bell Point) got its name.

The Crapolla Fjord is one of the most suggestive inlets on the coast of Massa Lubrense: in addition to being of great naturalistic interest, it holds visible traces of a past rich in history. It is a narrow and deep cove in the rock, gradually widening and ending with a beach as small as it is enchanting. In the western part of the inlet, the remains of a Roman villa are still visible. Before the beach, the ancient village preserves the remains of some Roman cisterns and buildings carved into the rock. They are the monazeni, structures also dating back to Roman times and still used today by local fishermen toshelter their boats and fishing gear.
