Upon your arrival at your designated cruise terminal or port, your Chauffeur will send a text message to let you know he is on site, so please ensure your mobile phone is switched on.
Once you have met and introduced yourselves, your Chauffeur will escort you and your travelling party to your luxury vehicle. After you are comfortably seated, he will formally welcome you aboard and offer complimentary bottled water for you to enjoy as we begin our journey.
Upon arrival at Heathrow Airport, you may wish to stop for a quick drink before your onward journey—entirely your choice. At your terminal, your Chauffeur will assist with all luggage and ensure you are safely inside the departures area.
