The journey from Kiel to Hamburg takes around 90 minutes. Please allow a time buffer to arrive on time in case of traffic jams. For flights, we recommend arriving at Hamburg Airport 2 hours before departure. We accept no liability for delays caused by force majeure. Conditions of carriage: -max. luggage 6 suitcases + small hand luggage -Children up to 12 years of age require a child seat, which we will provide you with; please specify this when booking. We are not allowed to transport children without a child seat. and the journey is then considered a no-show The free waiting time when picking up is 15 minutes. In the event of delays, we charge a flat rate of €25.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof. The delay surcharge must be paid directly to the driver on site.
