What to expect

Step into the rhythm of Lake Garda’s ancient rowing tradition with this unforgettable experience in Bardolino, designed to help you discover the lake from a completely new perspective, even if you already know it well. Guided by experienced rowers, you will uncover the story of standing rowing, a very old practice passed down through generations and now a symbol of community and connection among the different rowing clubs around the lake.
The experience begins with an introduction to the history and cultural heritage of this activity, deeply connected to the life of the lake and its traditions. This is followed by a hands-on lesson in the indoor training tanks, where you will learn the movements and practice in complete safety before heading out onto the water to try standing rowing together with two instructors per pair, surrounded by the golden light of sunset.
The experience concludes with an aperitivo, where you can savor local products while enjoying one of the most scenic sunsets on Lake Garda.
More than just an activity, this is an authentic way to become part of the local community and contribute to preserving a tradition that brings together people, passion and territory.
