What to expect

Trishuli River Rafting – One Day Itinerary

Start your day with an early breakfast in Kathmandu before driving along the scenic Prithvi Highway to Charaudi, the starting point for Trishuli River rafting (approximately 3 hours). Upon arrival, meet your professional rafting guides for a comprehensive safety briefing and receive all necessary rafting equipment.

Enjoy an exciting 2.5–3 hour rafting adventure through fun Class II–III rapids, including famous sections such as Ladies Delight and Upset. During calmer stretches, you may also have the opportunity to swim or float in the river, depending on water conditions.

After completing the rafting near Mugling, enjoy a riverside lunch and some time to relax. In the afternoon, drive back to Kathmandu (arriving around 6:00–7:00 PM) or continue your journey to Pokhara or Chitwan National Park.
