Cristina Hoyos, one of the most recognized bailaoras and choreographers in history, founded this Museum as an artistic legacy of her career. It is located five minutes from the Cathedral, one of the most emblematic places in Seville, and in an 18th century building where the most traditional architecture is fused with an attractive contemporary design.

It is a museum that invites you to immerse yourself in the magical world of flamenco. In its four floors, you can live the passion of the dancers and artists in the shows, discover the millenary history of flamenco art in the interactive exhibition, explore how contemporary artists capture the flamenco feel … and follow the evolution of flamenco from its beginnings to its recognition as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Visits to the museum can be made at any time of the day stipulated in your ticket, always from 11:00 to 18:00 (last entry at 18:00), except the first Monday of each month when the museum will open at 4:00 p.m.
