For guests meeting at Dubai Mall, please proceed to the Big Bus Station at the Main Entrance. Arrive 15–30 mins before pickup. For help, contact your guide or our team. Note: Pick-up from areas outside Dubai, like Bab Al Shams, will have an extra transport charge.

- Pickup timing (if transfer selected) is within 45 minutes before your booked time; summer timings may shift and you will be notified

- Animal experiences involve natural behavior that cannot be fully controlled
- UAE rules: pregnant guests and anyone with serious back, neck, or heart conditions should not participate in off-road activities
