Next, we will explore the nightlife in Hue as we stroll through the charming streets to another restaurant for "Bun Bo Hue," the famous beef vermicelli soup. While originally from Hue, this dish has gained popularity throughout Vietnam. Then, we will visit a small, family-owned restaurant to sample an array of specialties, including "Banh Bot Loc" (filtered tapioca dumplings), "Banh Beo" (water fern cake), "Banh Nam" (steamed shrimp rice cake), and "Banh Ram It" (sticky rice dumplings topped with fried dumplings), paired with refreshing iced green tea for an authentic experience.
