Langtang Gosaikunda Helambu Trek is a thrilling trek that combines a unique and one of the best trekking trails in Langtang ranges of Nepal. Three popular trekking trails – Langtang Valley, Gosaikunda Lake, and Helambu valley that lie to the north of Kathmandu valley offering numerous stunning views of mountains with rare varieties of vegetation and glimpse sight of wildlife.

What to expect

The main attractions of Langtang Gosaikunda Helambu trek are rhododendron and bamboo forests with an abundance of wildlife, majestic waterfalls, magnificent views of the snow covered white giant Langtang Lirung, Visiting the holy lakes of Gosainkunda, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu and Annapurna Range

Day 1: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu (1320m)

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche (2050m): 7-8 hours

Day 3: Trek from Dhunche to Shin Gompa: 4-5 hours

Day 4: Trek from Shin Gompa to Gosaikunda (4460m): 5-6 hours

Day 5: Trek from Gosaikunda to Phedi (3600m): 6-7 hours

Day 6: Trek from Phedi to Tharepati (3900m): 5-6 hours

Day 7: Trek from Tharepati to Kutungsung (2450m): 5-6 hours

Day 8: Trek from Kutungsung to Chisopani (2250m): 6-7 hours

Day 9: Trek from Chisopani to Sundarijal (1510m) and then drive to Kathmandu
