Airport Pickup: We'll arrange a pickup from Tribhuvan International Airport. Upon arrival, look out for our representative holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

Pickup Timing: Please inform us of any flight changes to ensure timely coordination. Our driver will wait for up to 90 minutes after your scheduled landing to account for any delays.

Hotel Drop-Off: After pickup, we’ll directly transport you to your hotel, including Hotel Kathmandu Suite Home (USD 45 per night) or any other accommodation you may have arranged.
