Explore St Andrews and the ancient Kingdom of Fife on this beautiful and relaxing day tour. We’ll travel along Fife’s famous ‘Coastal Road’ bringing us through several of the area’s most stunning fishing villages. Whether you are a golf enthusiast or not, St Andrews is a must see. You’ll have around three hours to explore one of Scotland’s most beautiful medieval towns. The old course is the most famous golf course in the world. The village of Falkland lies at the foot of the Lomond Hills. Here you can wander around this lovely little village that stood in for Inverness in the Outlander tv series. You’ll have the opportunity to visit Falkland Palace.

    We travel over the Fort Road bridge which is a great viewpoint of the UNESCO World Heritage Forth Bridge, an astonishing piece of 19th century engineering.

    Anstruther, which is pronounced as Ainster is the largest village of the fishing villages. There's time to wander through it's cobbled streets or enjoy a coffee.

    St. Andrews

    Our passengers have just under 3 hours to explore one of Scotland's most beautiful medieval towns. Known as the home of golf, The Old Course is the best known golf course in the world. The 5 star visitor attraction, the Royal and Ancient Golf Museum is a popular option with golf fans. Those looking to delve into other aspects of the local history may go to see the St Andrews University buildings or the runs of St Andrews Castle.

    You may recognise the village of Falkland as it was used as Inverness in the Outlander TV Series. We have a short time to explore the village, and if you wish to you can pay entry to Falkland Palace. Please note access to Falkland Palace & Gardens is not possible between Nov 2025 - 28th Feb 2026 due to limited visiting hours.
