More than just a Street Art Tour Barcelona, our small group Graffiti Tour blends exploring the streets with visits to the Studio Space of a Street Art Crew and also to an Urban Gallery showcasing original works.
The tour is lead by artists and art historians who are actively involved in the Barcelona art scene, providing behind-the-scenes info and an authentic connection to the local scene.
We’ll kick off by exploring iconic murals and graffiti in El Raval and the Gothic Quarter- vibrant neighbourhoods in the historic centre of Barcelona.
Next we will head to a cutting edge Urban Art Gallery to see original pieces and will end the experience at the studio space of an Artist collective, meeting the artists themselves.
You will leave the experience with a deeper knowledge of street art culture; the difference between tags, throw ups, murals and everything between. See a vast range of different styles.
Please contact us if you would like to make this a private customised experience.
We'll meet in front of the BINGO sign on the Theatre. There are plenty of cafés and shops around the area to grab a refreshment or use the bathroom before the tour.
Tour ends in central location of Gothic Quarter, close to multiple forms of public transport, taxis, great shopping and restaurants. Ask you guide for recommendations or directions after the tour. Or you can stick around and hang out with the artists at the studio or gallery.
We'll explore the bohemian and diverse neighborhood of El Raval, filled with eclectic record stores, skate parks, and charming bodegas. This vibrant area bursts with life and art, from picturesque plazas to narrow alleys adorned with colorful street art.
You'll continue exploring street art and visit a street art gallery in the Gothic Quarter, with its winding medieval streets and stunning architecture. The neighborhood is home to magnificent cathedrals, hidden courtyards, and charming squares.
The tour starts on Parallel avenue, famous for it's theatre culture. Here we will see some huge murals by internationally acclaimed artists.
Great photo opportunities and Barcelona's famous 'cool' vibes at one of the most important street art spots in Europe and in European Street Art History. Here you'll see skateboarders, basketball players, street gymnastics, all while individuals and crews leave their mark on the city.
Cross over from Raval to Gothic Quarter at the section of Las Ramblas where the artists stalls are set up on the streets. See street art that 1000s of people walk right past!
Our artists friends at the studio space Biencuadrado will give you a warm welcome and show you around their studios. Expect to see artists working, get behind the inspirations and methods of their work. Ask them directly whatever you've wondered about being in the Barcelona Art scene, or on the international street art scene!
