Meeting and pickup
All guests must call within 72 hours of their tour to reconfirm tour details, including their pickup time and pickup location.
Please look for a large vehicle with Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters displayed prominently on its exterior. Your driver will transport you to our terminal in Boulder City, Nevada. The drive takes approximately 35 minutes.
Guests who prefer to drive themselves to the departure location are welcome to do so and will not miss any portion of the tour experience. Self-drive guests are required to check in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time at our Boulder City terminal.
