What to expect
If your arrival flight delays or canceled, we do our best to adjust to the alternative arrival time without extra fees or refund 100%. All drivers are regal, punctual, experienced, and drive safely their clean and well-maintained vehicle with green license plates that prove they're legal.
1. Find your driver holding a signboard that will have your name on it in the arrival lobby of your flight. No matter if it takes time to collect luggage or pass immigration. Your driver won't leave until you come out.
2. Just sit back and relax while you're transported.
3. Drop-off at the accommodation you will be staying in.
- Minivan (4-seater): 3 back seats + 1 front seat + trunk for about 4 suitcases* + carry-ons
- Van (9-seater): 8 back seats + 1 front seat + trunk for about 8 suitcases* + carry-ons
*The number of loads that can be loaded is a rough estimate.
Depending on the number of people and weight, it may not be possible to load the cargo, so please consult with us in advance.
*If you are bringing luggage such as skis or snowboards exceeding 75 cm in length, please let us know in advance when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate such items in the car.
