What to expect

We pick up at the Hotel with a sign with your name. Our drivers are identified with Pin and Shuttle shirts. They’re also hand-picked and locally knowledgeable, so feel free to ask them for tips or advice on what to do during your stay.

After your arrival on Costa Rica one of our friendly greeters will meet you immediately just outside of customs with a personalized name sign with your group or individual name on it.

All our drivers are trained as drivers, our vehicles are comfortable, with air conditioning and a luggage area, we collect it at the requested time, we are constantly monitoring the status of your flight to see delays, our vehicles have GPS, WIFI, Water, wet towels and alcohol gel for hands
