AIRPORT PICKUP: After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, walk outside past the tour operator counters. Our representative will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Dominican Tours & Transfers services are operated with the HQT team and vehicles, so you may also see HQT branding. Please go directly to our representative and do not accept transportation offers from others. If you cannot find us, contact us through your booking.
HOTEL PICKUP: For transfers to Punta Cana Airport, meet your driver in the main lobby of your Uvero Alto hotel at the confirmed pickup time.
BOOKING DETAILS: Please provide your hotel name, flight number, travel date, and arrival or departure time. For round-trip bookings, provide details for both flights. Your return pickup time will be sent one day before departure.
One-way bookings include one transfer in the selected direction. Round-trip bookings include both airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport transfers. Hotel service is limited to Uvero Alto.
What to expect
1. BOOKING
Select the option that matches your travel plans and group size. Provide your hotel name, travel dates, and flight details. For round-trip bookings, include both arrival and departure information.
2. AIRPORT ARRIVAL
We monitor your arrival flight. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, walk outside past the tour operator counters. Meet our representative holding a sign with your name and the HQT logo. HQT provides the team and vehicles for your Dominican Tours & Transfers booking.
3. TRANSFER TO YOUR HOTEL
Our team will assist with your luggage before you travel directly to your Uvero Alto hotel in a private vehicle reserved for your group. The drive typically takes approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic and hotel location.
4. HOTEL TO AIRPORT
For departure transfers, meet your driver in the main hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. We will send your pickup time one day before departure.
One-way bookings include one transfer in the selected direction. Round-trip bookings include your arrival transfer and your return to the airport on your departure date. Hotel service is limited to Uvero Alto.
