For both Private and Group tours, guests are requested to be ready in the hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Our team will confirm the exact pickup time and vehicle details in advance via WhatsApp or message. After the tour, guests will be dropped off at their hotel or a central location in Pokhara, as per preference.
