You may arrive at any time on your scheduled arrival day. Upon exiting the terminal at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), please look for our representative holding a sign with your name at the arrival gate. They will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. If you experience any delays or need assistance, feel free to contact our 24/7 support team.
Upon landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, proceed to immigration for your Visa on Arrival. Fill out the arrival card, submit your passport (valid for at least 6 months), and pay the applicable fee: 15 days – USD 30 30 days – USD 50 90 days – USD 125 For a faster process, you may apply online before arrival via Nepal Immigration. After visa processing, scan your belongings, collect your luggage, and proceed to the exit terminal. Outside the building, look for your name on a signboard held by our representative with a Luxury Holidays Nepal banner. You’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred in a private vehicle to your hotel. After check-in, relax and enjoy your evening in Kathmandu. A pre-trip meeting will be arranged at the hotel.
You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.
Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples of Nepal. It is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to god Shiva.
Boudhanath Stupa is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.
Patan Durbar Square - located in central of city Lalitpur. It displays the Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts. After breakfast, you'll leave Kathmandu behind and enjoy a scenic drive toward Chitwan, traveling along winding rivers, terraced hillsides, and traditional villages. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel or resort and receive a warm welcome with a briefing about the upcoming jungle activities. The rest of the day is for relaxation or exploring the nearby Tharu village, where you can learn about the unique culture and lifestyle of the indigenous Tharu people. In the evening, enjoy a cultural program featuring a traditional Tharu stick dance. Dinner will be served at the resort. Overnight in Chitwan.
Today is a full day of adventure in Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity. After breakfast, set out for an exciting jungle safari—either by jeep or elephant-back—through dense forests and grasslands, where you may spot one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys, wild boars, and if lucky, Bengal tigers. Other activities include canoeing on the Rapti River, a jungle walk with a nature guide, and a visit to the elephant breeding center. Lunch and dinner are provided at the resort. After breakfast, depart Chitwan and begin your scenic journey toward Pokhara—Nepal’s serene lake city nestled beneath the Annapurna mountain range. The drive offers stunning views of hills, rivers, and local life along the highway. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your hotel and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. You may choose to explore the lakeside area, visit cozy cafés, or take a peaceful walk along Phewa Lake. Pokhara’s relaxed atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after your jungle adventures. Lies in the center of religious old bazaar. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a fine picnic and relaxing area.
Locally known as Patale Chhango and in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.
The revered Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 kms from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall and the cave is almost 3 kms long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.
Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.
Carved by Seti-Gandaki is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool & Prithivi highway Bridge near bus park, provides a perfect view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water.
After breakfast, begin your return drive to Kathmandu. The scenic journey winds through riverside villages and terraced hills, offering glimpses of rural Nepalese life. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, join us for a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant featuring authentic cuisine and a vibrant cultural dance performance—a wonderful way to reflect on your journey and celebrate your time in Nepal. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, you will have some free time, depending on your flight schedule. If your departure is later in the day, you may explore nearby markets for last-minute souvenirs or simply relax at the hotel. At the designated time, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport in a private vehicle. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before your international flight.
