Enjoy convenient hotel pickup and drop-off in a private air-conditioned vehicle from any location within Kathmandu Valley. Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby early in the morning, usually between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM, and transfer you comfortably to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport for helicopter check-in and boarding procedures. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

After boarding preparations are completed, you will wait for the final flight clearance and weather updates before beginning your unforgettable Everest helicopter journey into the Himalayas.
