Meeting and pickup
We offer convenient pickup from any hotel or residence within Kathmandu Valley.
For both the Everest Scenic Flight and Helicopter Tour, our driver will meet you at your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before departure.
Scenic Flight: Pickup is typically between 5:30 AM – 6:00 AM, depending on your flight schedule. After pickup, you will be transferred to the domestic airport for check-in.
Helicopter Tour: Pickup is usually around 5:00 AM – 5:30 AM. Exact timing will be confirmed one day prior based on weather and flight clearance.
At the airport, our representative will assist you with check-in and boarding procedures.
If your hotel is located outside the main pickup area, we will provide the nearest meeting point or arrange pickup with an additional charge if required.
For any last-minute coordination, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the evening before your tour.
